Skillicorn brings more than 20 years of executive experience in manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs, and operations across regulated industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care, dietary supplements, and contract manufacturing.
Skillicorn has built and improved manufacturing operations, quality systems, regulatory programs, facilities, and production processes. He has led teams through periods of growth, developed new manufacturing capabilities, and worked across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, and commercial functions to move products from development into production.
His background includes FDA-regulated products, regulatory submissions, design controls, validation, risk management, quality systems, audits and inspections, facility development, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing scale-up. He has also spent a significant part of his career helping companies resolve operational and compliance problems, working at both the executive level and with the teams executing the work.
