The recognition honors the exceptional service of Navy Federal’s Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek–Fort Story Branch in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and its commitment to advancing military financial readiness. In 2025, the team delivered more than 50 financial education presentations and partnered with more than 30 military-affiliated organizations, supporting over 40 outreach events focused on financial wellness, quality of life and community engagement.
The branch’s impact extends beyond education, helping service members and their families navigate important financial decisions while protecting their financial well-being.
In 2025, the team:
- Served more than 1,500 service members and their families.
- Supported more than 20,000 branch visits and 26,000 member transactions.
- Maintained an average wait time of just 2.6 minutes.
- Earned a 96% Branch Experience Survey score, including multiple quarters with a perfect 100% rating.
- Helped prevent more than $350,000 in potential fraud losses.
