Empower Aesthetics (“Empower” or the “Company”), a leading and rapidly growing multi-site aesthetics platform, today announced a planned leadership transition as the Company enters its next phase of growth. Chidinma Asonye has been promoted from President to Empower’s Chief Executive Officer. Alyssa Rapp, who led Empower as CEO since 2024, will shift back to the Company’s Board of Directors and serve as Executive Director, remaining actively involved in Empower’s strategy and M&A.
Under Ms. Rapp’s leadership, Empower grew its business five-fold, expanded to twelve partner practices, delivered organic growth outpacing the broader industry, and built a strong, experienced management team. In her role as Executive Director, Ms. Rapp will remain deeply engaged in partnership development and M&A efforts.

She has been instrumental in advancing Empower’s differentiated platform—through improvements in centralized marketing, patient acquisition, data-driven pricing and service optimization, and operational infrastructure that enables providers to focus on clinical excellence while improving performance. As CEO, she will prioritize accelerating same-store growth, enhancing clinic-level service, and continuing to scale the systems and capabilities that support Empower’s growing network.
